Eligibility for Refunds
Damaged or Defective Products: Refunds are only available for books that are delivered in a damaged or defective condition. Proof of damage (clear photos) must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. The book must remain unused and in its original packaging.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Change of Mind: We do not accept refunds or returns for books purchased mistakenly or due to a change of mind.
Digital Products: All sales of eBooks or digital content are final and non-refundable.
Used or Damaged by Customer: Books showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Process
Initiating a Refund: To request a refund, contact our support team at our inbox with your order number and relevant proof.
Inspection and Approval: Upon receiving your request, our team will review and verify the claim. This process may take up to 5 business days.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
Additional Terms
Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Return Shipping: In cases requiring a return, customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified by Noverall Books.
Fraud Prevention: Any fraudulent claims will lead to immediate cancellation of the refund request and may result in account suspension.
